What’s the difference between Skin Membership and a Savings Pot?
Skin Membership costs £100 a month. Each month, choose an included skin treatment, 4 ESK travel skincare products, or save the full £100 as credit towards future care. You can also choose another eligible treatment and pay the additional amount shown in the treatment table.
Savings Pots are savings-only plans. Choose £39, £59 or £79 a month and each payment adds to your clinic credit. Book when you have enough for your chosen treatment, or pay the difference in clinic.
Both options include the shared member benefits. Savings Pots do not include a monthly treatment or skincare kit.
Which treatments are included in the £100 membership?
Choose one chemical peel, microneedling session, IPL treatment, or enzyme facial each month, subject to suitability, with nothing extra to pay.
Alternatively, choose 4 ESK travel skincare products selected for your skin, or put that month’s £100 into your Savings Pot.
What if I want a different treatment?
Choose an eligible treatment from the additional treatment price table instead of your included monthly treatment.
Your Direct Debit stays at £100. Pay the additional amount shown in clinic on the day, or use previously saved credit towards it.
This uses that month’s treatment choice, so the same £100 is not also added to your savings balance.
Do I have to visit every month?
No. With Skin Membership, any monthly payment you haven’t used for a treatment or skincare kit becomes credit towards future care.
With a Savings Pot, your payments build credit automatically. There is no monthly appointment requirement.
Can I use saved credit towards extra treatments?
Yes. Previously saved credit can go towards additional treatments or the extra clinic payment for an eligible Skin Membership treatment.
We’ll confirm the price and how much credit you have available. Pay any remaining difference in clinic; any unspent credit stays in your pot.
What benefits do both plans include?
Both Skin Membership and Savings Pots include a skin scan every six months and 10% off ESK and MediMD skincare.
Members also receive 10% off their second eligible treatment and 20% off their third eligible treatment in the same month.

Do I need the personalised starting appointment?
No. It’s optional, but recommended if you’d like to understand your skin and plan your care with us.
The £130, 45-minute appointment includes a skin scan, personalised treatment planning and four ESK travel skincare products selected for your skin.
It is available once when joining either Skin Membership or a Savings Pot. Any consultation needed to assess your suitability for a particular treatment is still required, whether or not you choose this starting appointment.
Does the starting appointment use my monthly payment?
No. The £130 starting appointment is charged separately.
Skin Members keep their monthly treatment, skincare or savings choice. Savings Pot members keep their monthly contribution as clinic credit.
Is there a minimum term?
Skin Membership has a three-month minimum term at £100 a month — £300 in total. It then continues monthly.
Savings Pots have no minimum term. You can stop future contributions at any time.
The optional £130 starting appointment is separate from these monthly payments.
Can I change my plan or cancel?
Please contact us if you’d like to change your monthly amount or move to a different plan. We’ll explain how the change affects your payments and existing balance.
Skin Membership can be cancelled after its initial three-month term. Savings Pot contributions can be stopped at any time. Contact us before your next payment is due so we can arrange this.
If your circumstances change during the initial membership term, speak to us about your options. Your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.
Cancelling your plan does not automatically cancel an appointment you have already booked.
What happens to unused credit if I leave?
Contact us and we’ll provide a breakdown of your payments, the treatments or products already received, and your remaining credit.
If you need your unused credit refunded, just get in touch. Please give us a little notice so we can check your balance and arrange this for you.
The starting appointment is a separate purchase, so its price does not form part of your savings balance.
Can I book any treatment once I’ve saved enough?
All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability. Your practitioner will confirm the treatment, quantity, timing and price before you book.
Having enough credit does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be suitable for you. The examples on this page are budgeting examples, not recommended treatment schedules.
Is a Savings Pot a bank savings account?
No. Your payments build prepaid clinic credit to spend at SkinHD. They are not deposits into a bank savings account.
