Healthy skin starts with healthy the right support

Does your skin look duller or more tired than it used to, even when you are taking good care of it? Perhaps it feels less hydrated, not quite as firm, or slower to regain its freshness and glow.

These changes are not always caused by one single issue. As we age, the skin’s natural renewal processes become less efficient. Collagen and elastin production slows, hydration levels can fall and the structures that help skin remain firm, smooth and resilient are not renewed as readily as they once were. Healthy skin needs more than stimulation alone. It also relies on having the right environment, and the right raw materials, to carry out these ongoing processes.

Celora Vita is a skin booster that combines low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid with nine amino acids, the building blocks the skin uses to support collagen, elastin and its overall structure, while also helping to improve hydration.

Rather than adding volume or changing your facial features, Celora Vita focuses on the quality of the skin itself – helping it look fresher, smoother and more resilient over time.

What concerns can Celora Vita Help With?

Celora Vita may be suitable if you have started to notice changes in your overall skin quality rather than significant facial volume loss.

It may help improve the appearance of:

  • Dull or tired-looking skin
  • Dehydration
  • Fine lines
  • Reduced firmness or elasticity
  • Rough or uneven texture
  • Crepey-looking skin
  • Early signs of skin ageing
  • Reduced skin resilience
  • Loss of natural radiance

It is intended to improve the condition and appearance of the skin itself. It will not replace lost facial volume, reshape facial features or treat lines caused primarily by muscle movement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your skin is constantly maintaining and renewing itself. Cells called fibroblasts are involved in producing collagen, elastin and other components that help the skin remain firm and resilient.

Think of your skin as a kitchen and the fibroblasts as the chef.

Some treatments encourage the chef to work harder. Others aim to improve the environment in which the chef is working. But the chef also needs the right ingredients to produce the finished result.

Celora Vita focuses on supplying some of those ingredients. It delivers nine amino acids, which are involved in the formation and maintenance of skin proteins, alongside low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid to support hydration.

This does not mean that Celora Vita simply “makes collagen”, nor does it force an immediate transformation. It provides supportive building blocks within the skin, allowing improvements in hydration, texture, radiance and resilience to develop gradually.

Many injectable treatments can improve skin quality, but they do not all work in exactly the same way.

Some treatments focus primarily on hydration. Others stimulate activity within the skin or use ingredients designed to support repair and renewal.

Celora Vita takes a substrate-focused approach. Its combination of low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid and nine amino acids supports hydration while supplying substances involved in maintaining collagen, elastin and the extracellular matrix – the network that helps give the skin its structure and support.

This does not mean that Celora Vita is automatically better than another skin booster. It means that its formulation and role are different. The most appropriate treatment will depend on your skin, your concerns and what we are trying to achieve.

Before recommending Celora Vita, one of our medical practitioners will assess your skin, discuss your concerns and review your medical history to make sure the treatment is suitable for you.

On the day of treatment, your skin will be thoroughly cleansed. Celora Vita is then administered using a series of small, superficial injections across the treatment area.

A topical numbing cream may be applied beforehand if required, although many clients find the treatment tolerable.

The appointment usually takes approximately 30 minutes.

For the best results, we generally recommend an initial course of three treatments, spaced approximately three weeks apart. Your exact treatment plan may vary according to your skin, previous treatments and individual goals.

Downtime is generally minimal, but Celora Vita is still an injectable treatment.

Immediately afterwards, you may experience:

  • Small raised bumps at the injection points
  • Mild redness
  • Tenderness
  • Slight swelling
  • Small injection marks
  • Occasional bruising

The small bumps and most visible signs usually settle relatively quickly, although swelling or bruising can sometimes take a few days to resolve.

Most clients return to their usual daily activities soon after treatment. We will provide personalised aftercare instructions before you leave the clinic.

Celora Vita is not designed to create an overnight transformation.

Improvements in hydration, radiance, texture and overall skin quality develop progressively over the weeks following treatment. Results should continue to develop as you move through your recommended course.

The changes are intended to look natural. Your skin should still look like your skin, but fresher, smoother and better supported.

Results vary according to your starting skin condition, age, lifestyle, previous treatments and wider skincare plan. We will explain what you can realistically expect during your consultation.

As Celora Vita supports gradual improvements in skin quality rather than creating a fixed structural change, there is no single duration that applies to everyone.

How long you notice the benefits will depend on your skin, age, lifestyle, skincare routine and response to treatment. Following your initial course, we will review your results and advise when a maintenance treatment may be beneficial. For many clients, this may be considered from around six months, but treatment will be recommended according to your skin rather than a fixed schedule.

The usual initial protocol is three treatments, approximately three weeks apart.

After completing your course, we will review your results and advise whether maintenance treatment would be beneficial. The frequency of maintenance will depend on your skin and how it responds; you will not be encouraged to have treatment more often than your skin requires.

Celora Vita isn’t a direct collagen stimulator in the same way as treatments such as Sculptra.

Its amino acids are naturally involved in processes associated with skin structure and collagen production, while its hyaluronic acid supports hydration.

So rather than saying that Celora Vita simply “boosts collagen”, we’d describe it more accurately as providing some of the building blocks involved in healthy skin function and the processes that support collagen production.

This distinction matters because different treatments achieve skin improvement in different ways.

No. Celora Vita and dermal fillers have different purposes.

Dermal fillers are used to replace lost volume, provide structural support or enhance facial contours. Celora Vita is administered superficially and focuses on improving skin quality.

It is not designed to reshape your face or create noticeable facial volume.

‘Skin booster’ is a broad term covering several injectable treatments; they do not all contain the same ingredients or work in exactly the same way.

Some focus mainly on hydration. Others stimulate activity within the skin or combine hydration with ingredients that support its structural processes.

Celora Vita combines low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid with nine amino acids. Its particular role is to support hydration while supplying building blocks involved in maintaining the skin’s supporting structures.

This does not make it automatically better than Profhilo, Sunekos, SkinVive or another injectable treatment. Which treatment is more suitable will depend on your skin, the area being treated and what you would like to improve.

You do not need to choose between them yourself. We will assess your skin and explain which option makes the most sense for you.

Yes, Celora Vita may form part of a wider skin treatment plan.

Depending on your skin and concerns, this might include medical-grade skincare, laser treatments, microneedling or other injectable treatments.

However, treatments should not be combined simply because they can be. The appropriate combination, order and timing will depend on your skin, medical history and treatment goals

There is very little preparation needed before your Celora Vita appointment, however, we do recommend arriving with clean skin where possible. To help minimise the risk of bruising, it’s advisable to avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand, and, where medically approporiate, avoid blood-thinning supplements or medications such as ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oils and high-dose vitamin E for  a few days prior. Your suitability for treatment and a full-pre-care advice will always be discussed during your consultation.

Celora Vita may not be appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if you have an active infection or inflammation in the treatment area, or because of certain allergies, medical conditions or medications.

A full consultation and medical assessment will be carried out before treatment. Please tell your practitioner about your medical history, current medication, allergies and any previous aesthetic treatments.

The most common effects of Celora Vita are related to the injections themselves. These can include redness, tenderness, swelling, bruising, small raised bumps and temporary sensitivity around the treated area.

Less common complications are possible with any injectable treatment.

Your practitioner will explain the specific risks relevant to Celora Vita, including common effects such as bruising, swelling and tenderness, and rarer risks such as infection, prolonged inflammation, uneven distribution or small palpable nodules. You will also be advised on what to look out for after treatment, and when to contact the clinic, for example if you experience increasing pain, signs of infection, skin discolouration, or any reaction that does not settle as expected.

You will receive personalised aftercare advice following your appointment.

We will usually advise you to avoid touching or massaging the treated area unnecessarily. We also recommend to avoid make-up, alcohol, strenuous exercise, excessive heat, saunas and steam rooms for the first 48 hours.

Continue to protect your skin with a broad-spectrum SPF and follow any additional instructions given by your practitioner.

At SkinHD, every recommendation begins with understanding your skin – not selling a particular product.

Our experienced medical team will listen to your concerns, assess your skin and explain your options honestly. We believe in natural-looking results, evidence-led treatment and building long-term skin health rather than following trends or offering the same treatment plan to everyone.

If Celora Vita is suitable for you, we will incorporate it into a personalised plan based on what your skin needs now and how those needs may change over time.

If another treatment, skincare plan or combination would be more appropriate, we will tell you.

The goal is not to have more treatments; it is to choose the right treatment, at the right time, for your skin.

If your skin looks duller, feels dehydrated or seems less firm and resilient than it used to, Celora Vita may be one option worth considering.

You do not need to diagnose your skin or decide between different injectable products yourself.

Book a consultation and we will assess your skin, talk through what you would like to improve and explain which treatment, or combination of treatments, genuinely makes the most sense for you.
