- All membership plans are subject to a medical consultation to confirm suitability, ensuring safe and bespoke care
- Treatments must be booked within the calendar month and cannot be rolled over.
- Payments are made via Direct Debit, starting after your first consultation.
- If you already received a course of treatments (such as Exosomes or Polynucleotides), you cannot cancel until the payments you’ve made cover the cost those treatments.
- Clients are responsible for attending booked treatments. Missed appointments without notice may result in the loss of that month’s treatment.
- Memberships can be upgraded at any time. Downgrades require one month’s notice.
- Our team will ensure patch test are completed for any required treatments.
